How to Complete The Clean Dream in ARC Raiders
The quick answer: the clean dream arc raiders is an Apollo quest that spans two maps. On Spaceport you search four containers in the underground tunnels beneath the Launch Towers and monitor a Filtration System. On The Blue Gate you visit the Maintenance Bunker, monitor the Purification System and photograph the blueprints. It cannot be finished in one raid, so plan for two runs. Bring a free or low-tier loadout: no boss fights or mandatory enemy encounters stand between you and the objectives, and nothing valuable needs to extract with you.
This walkthrough reflects the quest as it was added in the Cold Snap update, given by Apollo. Quest specifics rest on community documentation, so confirm the objective text in your own log before you deploy.

Before You Deploy
The Clean Dream is handed out by Apollo, one of the traders based in Speranza, the underground hub city beneath the Rust Belt. Quests are a key method of progression, offering Raider Coins and various items as rewards, so check his list rather than assuming the contract will find you. No prerequisite quest, level or reputation gate for The Clean Dream is documented in our sources, so check Apollo's list directly to confirm it is available to you.
- Open your quest log and confirm the objectives read as they do in the table below. The similarly named "Clean Hands" is a different contract entirely - if you want that one, our Arc Raiders 'Clean Hands' Quest Walkthrough covers it. The objective text in your own log should always win over a video or a list you half-remember.
- Take a free or low-tier loadout from your stash. Expensive gear adds risk with no benefit here.
- Deploy to Spaceport first. The Blue Gate objectives only unlock your progress once the Spaceport half is done.
Since the Frozen Trail update (2.0) on 8 October 2026, quests and individual quest objectives also grant XP as a visible reward, according to Neuralboost's quests overview. If you are chasing gear rather than XP, our ARC Raiders Blueprint Farming Guide covers the drop rules and Research Station unlocks that matter.
All Five Clean Dream Objectives
| # | Objective | Map |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Search four containers in the underground tunnels | Spaceport |
| 2 | Find and monitor any Filtration System in the tunnels | Spaceport |
| 3 | Visit the Maintenance Bunker | The Blue Gate |
| 4 | Monitor the Purification System in the bunker | The Blue Gate |
| 5 | Find and photograph the blueprints in the bunker | The Blue Gate |
Sequencing note: complete objectives 1 and 2 on Spaceport before deploying to The Blue Gate - the bunker objectives only register once the Spaceport half is done.
Find the Spaceport Underground Tunnels
The tunnel network runs around the Launch Towers and is not marked on the map, which is where most players stall. The area is large, and without a route you can wander it for most of a raid.
There are multiple entrances. The easiest and safest is the collapsed entrance southwest of the Launch Tower - a collapsed concrete hole that puts you close to both Spaceport objectives and cuts your travel time. Other entrances ring the Launch Tower, so if you land elsewhere, circle it until you find one.
Community reports suggest toggling your map layers once you are underground reveals tunnel paths and intersections more clearly. Bring a torch regardless: the tunnels are dark, and the Filtration System is far harder to spot without one.
Search Four Containers in the Tunnels
Community walkthroughs describe standard lootable storage as counting toward this step - lockers, cupboards, wall panels and breachable boxes among them. You do not have to take anything; opening the container is enough to tick the objective.
- Containers already looted by other players still count, so heavily trafficked tunnels are not a blocker.
- Enemy bodies and AI carcasses do not count. Skip them.
- Most containers sit on the raised walkway off to the side, where you can breach and search electronic boxes, or in the small control rooms dotted along that walkway.
Work the walkway from one end to the other and you will pass four valid containers long before you run out of tunnel.

Monitor the Filtration System
Still in the tunnels, look for large green tanks with pipes running out of them; players commonly report finding them in pairs. They are the most distinctive piece of infrastructure down there, and with a torch active they stand out against the concrete.
Approach the valve and interact to complete the step. That is everything on Spaceport: gather your loot, extract, and move on to The Blue Gate.
The Blue Gate Maintenance Bunker
Deploy to The Blue Gate and work the bunker in three numbered steps. The sources present the three interactions in a fixed order: visit the Maintenance Bunker, monitor the Purification System, then photograph the blueprints.
- Visit the Maintenance Bunker. Head for the bunker from your spawn and step inside. The visit objective ticks on entry, so you do not need to interact with anything to clear it.
- Monitor the Purification System. Inside the bunker, descend into the main room and find the Purification System - two enormous water tanks side by side - and interact with the leftmost one to monitor it.
- Photograph the blueprints. Locate the blueprints in the bunker and interact to photograph them. That closes out the quest.
Inside the bunker, head down the metal stairs to the main room with two enormous water tanks side by side; interact with the leftmost one to monitor the Purification System. Then head back up onto the walkway, go through the doors into the room with the desks, and interact with the stack of folders on a desk to photograph the blueprints.
With clean routing and no interference from other Raiders, two raids is a realistic completion time. Treat the second run as a short errand rather than a full session: land, reach the bunker, hit three interactions, extract.
Rewards and What Else Apollo Offers
The Clean Dream pays out a Deadline, three Showstoppers and three Heavy Fuze Grenades. Some quests in the game grant gear on acceptance rather than completion, so check your inventory after picking the contract up.
If you would rather spend a raid on something with no combat at all, How to Complete Tracks of the Beast in Arc Raiders (No Combat Required) is the same kind of low-risk detour.
Route It in Two Runs and Move On
The Clean Dream is not hard so much as badly signposted. The entire difficulty curve lives in one place: finding the tunnel entrance on Spaceport and then locating a green tank in the dark. Solve that with the southwest collapsed entrance and an active torch, and the rest of the quest is three interactions in a bunker.
Do the Spaceport half on a cheap kit, extract as soon as the Filtration System is ticked, then treat The Blue Gate as a separate errand. If you enjoy this style of objective work, 'Someone Else's Shoes' Quest Walkthrough follows the same pattern of fixed locations and simple interactions and is worth queuing alongside it.
For a visual pass over the tunnel route, this video walkthrough of The Clean Dream covers the Spaceport half.
