Subnautica 2

Subnautica 2 is an underwater survival adventure set on an all-new alien world, developed by Unknown Worlds Entertainment and released in 2026. You can play alone or with friends in 4-player co-op. To survive, you adapt by building custom bases and crafting tools, and you explore the unknown to uncover the mysteries hidden within the depths.

Our Subnautica 2 coverage currently includes one guide. The Subnautica 2 Copper Guide: Best Early-Game Locations & Crafting Uses covers copper, the most essential early-game resource in the game. It shows where to find copper safely, since poison plants and strong currents guard the best deposits, and it explains how to mine larger deposits and what copper is used for in crafting. The guide is written for players in the early game who need copper and want to gather it without running into those hazards.

This hub is where our Subnautica 2 guides will live as we publish more.
