Comments: Xbox's Disc-to-Digital Program Hits a Wall: Why Ubisoft, Square Enix, Sega, and Bandai Namco Are Missing

A disc-to-digital program only works if the biggest publishers opt in, and the holdouts are exactly the ones with the most to lose. Without them it's a half-measure. I'd rather see it framed as an option than a transition.
